The Inaugural 2025 Collection

The first three timepieces of the 2025 collection are a breathtaking testament to this fusion, bringing together exceptional Métiers d'Art techniques to create extraordinary dials animated by richly decorated mechanical movements. Each watch stands as a unique work of art, with every dial a miniature masterpiece born from years of experience, unwavering patience, and boundless creativity. These horological wonders are brought to life in Geneva by the skilled hands of the 40 artisans at Atelier Olivier Vaucher, under the guidance of passionate watchmaker and TAOS CEO, Olivier Gaud. Time is an unconstrained element in this pursuit of perfection, with each watch requiring over a thousand hours of dedicated work to achieve its exquisite form and intricate detail.

A Trilogy of Textile-Inspired Masterpieces

The inaugural trio of timepieces for 2025 showcases TAOS's dedication to capturing the soul of haute couture:

‘Savile Row’: Iconic Tartan

Savile Row reimagines the iconic tartan pattern, transposing the precision and nobility of tailoring onto a masculine dial through techniques like engraving beneath enamel and multi-layered fondant.

‘Dentelle’: Delicate Lace

‘Dentelle’ pays homage to delicate Swiss lace, capturing its refinement and grace through hand-engraving, the addition of fine silver paillon mesh, and 'under-fired' enamel for an embroidered relief effect.

‘Sequins’: Haute Coututre

Sequins draws inspiration from the shimmering embellishments of haute couture, playing with texture and reflections through raised hand-engraving, translucent enameling, and delicate gem-setting to recreate the fabric of light. The movements within these exceptional pieces are equally ornate, featuring hand-engraved patterns inspired by weaving and draped fabric, requiring over 150 hours of artistry per movement and reflecting the deep-rooted tradition of Genevan craftsmanship that TAOS proudly upholds.
