For most of the contemporary watches from international brands, the brand usually makes provision to stock on spares (internal/external) for a couple of decades. The access to the same are available to the authorised network of After-Sales Service Centres, to obtain genuine parts even for rare or vintage models. There are certain watches for which a few components would have to be made, specifically for that watch. Those interventions can be addressed on a case-to-case basis, where either they are done in-house or done at the brand’s manufacturing facility.

No, we do not service smartwatches

We never reuse old parts in another watch. Any replaced parts are carefully documented and disposed of as per environmental guidelines. Certain spares are returned to the Manufacture. This practice ensures the integrity and authenticity of your timepiece.

A comprehensive watch service at Luxury Watch Works includes a thorough inspection, disassembly and pre-washing, replacement and adjustment of worn or damaged parts, washing, reassembly and lubrication, diurnal rate adjustment, and rigorous testing to ensure accuracy and water resistance. We use special machines, tools, oils and consumables and authentic new spare parts, all sourced from our partner Brands. We also offer polishing and refinishing services to restore the watch's appearance.

You can insure and securely send your watch directly to our service centre in Mumbai. We receive watches from all major states and cities across India. We provide detailed instructions, assist with insurance and suggest secure packaging to ensure safe transit. If you're outside Mumbai, please contact us for assistance.
