18th March, 2025: Returning to Watches & Wonders, RAYMOND WEIL is showcasing a fresh new era for its signature Freelancer collection, a line embodying independence and inspired by the brand's founder, Mr. Raymond Weil. Since its 2007 launch, Freelancer has captured the spirit of modern watchmaking by elegantly blending style and function with assertive designs and innovative features. For 2025, the collection evolves with refined aesthetics and proportions, maintaining its timeless appeal while catering to today's active urban lifestyle. A Testament to Accessible Mechanical Sophistication

The 2025 Freelancer collection introduces two key creative directions. Firstly, RAYMOND WEIL presents its inaugural Complete Calendar within the Freelancer line. Available in two distinct references, one featuring a classic rose gold PVD-coated steel case with a sunray silver dial and the other a modern stainless steel case with a sunray blue dial, this 40mm timepiece elegantly displays the date, month, day, and moon phases. Discreetly integrated correctors maintain the clean lines of the redesigned case, ensuring both sophistication and ease of use at an accessible price point.

A Bold Limited Edition: The RW1212 Skeleton in a New Case

Secondly, the brand revisits its in-house RW1212 caliber, a cornerstone of the Freelancer collection since its introduction in 2007. This signature movement now finds a home in a bold new cushion-shaped case, a limited edition of 500 pieces. The RW1212 Skeleton, reference 2795-BKC-20000, features a black PVD-coated stainless steel case paired with a black galvanic openworked dial and a black leather strap, leaning towards a contemporary and sporty aesthetic while showcasing the intricate beauty of the open-worked traversing bridge that highlights the balance wheel.

An Iconic Complication: The Complete Calendar

Overall, the 2025 FREELANCER collection underscores RAYMOND WEIL's commitment to offering mechanical sophistication at an accessible price. The new models balance refined aesthetics with everyday wearability, appealing to watch enthusiasts who value both craftsmanship and practicality. By introducing its first Complete Calendar in the Freelancer line and reimagining its signature RW1212 caliber in a distinctive new case, RAYMOND WEIL continues its tradition of seamlessly combining its deep watchmaking expertise with contemporary design, solidifying the Freelancer collection as a dynamic and evolving icon within the brand's portfolio.
